Mark Weiland is a Chicago-based arts strategist and theatre director whose work bridges creative leadership and institutional strategy.
He has worked with organizations including the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, and founded Art 4 in South Bend, where he served as Artistic Director.
His work focuses on helping arts organizations strengthen systems, build meaningful relationships, and navigate moments of growth and transition.
